Lindsay & Allen, PLLC offers mediation services to those that are interested in exploring amicable resolution of civil disputes. Mediation is a voluntary process whereby the parties attend a mediation conference to explore settlement options with a qualified mediator. The process is facilitated by our Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, David Jones, Esq., who works to facilitate communication between the parties while keeping an eye toward resolution. We like to say, “the parties are in charge of the substance of mediation and the mediator is in charge of the process.” David has experience mediating a broad range of civil disputes and he is known for being a truly neutral and trustworthy mediator that takes the time to understand the interests of each side.
