Do you need legal assistance?
Probate is a process that a number of people must face after losing a loved one. It involves the collection and inventory of an estate, paying the decedent’s debts and taxes, and distributing the deceased’s estate according to their will or state law. Depending on the decedent’s estate, probate may be a fairly simple or somewhat complex process, and a personal representative may be dealing with a lost loved one’s probate anywhere from a few months to a few years. Our Bonita Springs probate lawyer at Lindsay & Allen has successfully helped clients with various areas of probate law for more than 14 years, and has also created estate plans for clients who wished to prepare for their future. Estate plans are ideal for those who want to safeguard assets, family members, and specific financial and medical wishes while they are alive and after they pass away. We understand that people want to ensure that their loved ones will be cared and provided for if they become incapacitated or perish, and our attorney strives to create personalized estate plans that fit clients and their families’ needs.
